Body Conditioning - Aerobic session
using bands including floor work for bums and tums.
Aerobics - Aerobic session including floor work
for bums and tums.
Step - An aerobic session using Reebok steps.
Steeple Chase - Aerobic circuit session using light
weights including non-contact martial arts punching and kicking.
K.O.B.O - Non-contact aerobic martial art, warm
up with weights, followed by a combination of eastern and western
punching and kicking. Finally finishing with yoga breathing and
stretching techniques.
Body Blitz- Total body aerobic work out using light
weights and bands. Also includes floor work for bums and tums.
Fitness Suite - We offer a welcoming atmosphere to visitors
in our fully equipped and air conditioned fitness suite. Fully
qualified and experienced gym instructors are able to advise
you during your stay.
Visitors will be asked to sign a Disclaimer
and charged a £5 temporary membership with visits charged
at the session rate. This option is open to regular gym users
only following discussions with a gym instructor.
